My landlord has threatened to steal my cats again. How can it be stopped. It the past I was put on lockdown and he trapped my cats and I never saw them again

Another paranoid tenant post. "On lockdown" probably meant the big house or the funny farm. God knows what she suspects the LL did to the cats.
