Networking Connecting in Johnson County Texas
I’m actively looking for buy & hold properties to start my portfolio.
I’m looking at a freshly remodeled 3/2 mobile home in a park with separate lot rent tomorrow.
$25,000 for house, I already have a tenant lined up for $500 a month.
The lot rent is $350 per month for total $850 per month.
I’m estimating $225.60 monthly cash flow after expenses.
Any feedback on this deal is greatly appreciated.
