Shared utilities lease clause

Do you have any recommended clauses that communicate that utilities will be shared between myself (landlord) and roommates (tenants)? I wanted to avoid wrapping all utilities into the rent. However, I want to make sure I have a suitable clause in the lease agreement that clearly communicates shared utilities. Thank you!

if your yearly utilities are 2400 on average , divide that by 12 months . You have 200 a month . If you have 2 roomates , just increase the rent 100 a month . Now you are making more since you are not out of pocket anything for utilities . And roomates like flat pricing
