Steps for tenant screening
Im trying to develop for myself a standardized process for Tenant screening. I utilize the platform Cozy for background, credit, and eviction checks. I also have a paper application which use to verify landlord references, employer references, and validate other pertinent information. The question is should I use the paper application first or conduct the Cozy screening first? From both a efficiency standpoint and legal one. I appreciate your help with this matter and wish everyone a great new year of real estate investing!!

On Cozy, you can have them fill out the application without the credit and background, review it and then request those items..... it doesn't have to be ALL or NONE for their applications
