Duplex - Austin tx lease takeover
I’m closing on a duplex and taking over the existing lease Austin tx. The tenants pay rent via money order and mail to the landlords address. I’m planning to switch over to online payment when the lease ends (in a few months). I’m not comfortable sharing my personal address for them to mail the checks. Thinking to get a P.O. Box . Looking for any recommendations/alternate ways to collect rent.
