House Hacking a Rental

Hi all...the description says a quick summary but right now my wife and I are renting a house from a couple in their 80's. They agreed that it would be ok for us to bring in some friends/roommates as long as we don't violate any zoning regulations... so we brought in 3 others to house hack our larger house! We rent them out each a room and the sum of their rents actually fully covers what we owe the landlord every month...so basically we are just paying utilities, woohoo almost living for free! Some more background, we own a rental across town and have the mortgage automatically being paid from our business account and those tenant's rent is automatically deposited into that same account. My question is, should we be paying rent for where we are living now out of our business account? I have been paying it from a personal account but I thought maybe there is some other benefits of claiming this additional rental income from the house hack, writing some expenses off (I do some repairs for the landlords), and paying from our business account... Does anyone have any suggestions with this one? Thanks in advance friends
