I’ve recently inherited a property. It needs renovation but the numbers work. I’ve been wanting to be a landlord for some time and now have the opportunity! I’ve read some books but I’d love to connect with a local landlord investor that could mentor me. If you have guidance and wisdom to share I’d love to hear from you!!
