Collection on a judgment for landlord stealing damage deposit
My old landlord kept my damage deposit. I took it to small claims court in Henderson Nevada. I got the judgment towards the landlords. I am now trying to collect on the judgment. It’s kinda tricky because they live in Calgary, AB. They do not work in the USA so I can’t garnish wages. They do have a rental property still in Las Vegas. Any tips or suggestions on how to collect?
