Good Property Plcmt/Mngmt Co. 4 rough part of Baltimore City

Hi. Having trouble finding a good property placement and management co for the 400 block of North Curley St. in Baltimore. I've been told that it's an up and coming area, with continuing development connected to fairly nearby Hopkins.  But it's currently a rough part of town.  Any recommendations for property mngmt co. that works in rough areas of Baltimore City?  The home itself has been largely renovated and is in good condition.  If I can't find a good co. and tenants soon, I will likely end up selling....  Thank you for your input.
