Eviction of person not in the lease
Hi i have a strange situation. I bought a property earlier this year which had long term tenants, the lease is a month to month with one of the occupants. His wife stays with him, and wife's daughter(Z) has been staying on and off with them. With earlier landlord "Z" had caused issues and was asked to only visit. Now she is back on the property, the tenant who is on the lease wants me to evict her. I am thinking of asking the tenant himself to leave rather than me starting the eviction process, any advice.

The only way I see this getting resolved: either Z ends up incarcerated because of bad acts, or you evict the whole bunch. "Tenant ABC and "Z" (all others in possession).
Just serve them notice and watch the fireworks begin! Have fun, be safe.
