WASH Laundry Services

Does anyone have any experience using WASH Laundry Service affiliated with www.fixlaundry.com? I've been a tenant in a building that used this service and, although it was a little expensive per laundry load, I absolutely paid for the convenience every time. Wondering what it's like from the property owner's point of view. Thanks, everyone!
