How to find good renters?
I am hopefully closing on my first home around New Years and planning on renting the entire upstairs. It’s a bedroom, bathroom, and living space. I have several questions on what to do.
1. Where should I look to determine rent?
2. I know I need to advertise to find renters but is there a site to go through that takes care of background checks and everything?
3. Should I furnish it or leave it unfurnished and which would attract someone quicker?
Thanks for everything!
