Irrigation Water usage

Ever wonder what really works with your irrigation system?  Do you know how much irrigation water is used/wasted/down the drain?
Multifamily/commercial  property owners might want to consider a professional irrigation water manager.  One email or phone call and all the information you want is in your hands.  This may very well change how you do things with your irrigation and grounds maintenance.  Things to consider...
1) as assessment
2) GPS/GIS map of your irrigation systems
3) owners representative advocates

Property maintenance companies are wonderful at what they do, plantings, fertilizations, mowing, plant replacement, seeding.....setting the irrigaiton controller based on the properties needs is usually low end of the priorities, infact they often do not see the water bill based on their settings.  Let along pay the water bill.

These are things to consider as you all move forward in stacking up your properties.  Generally lots of money is wasted on over/underwatering.
