Looking for Orlando Duplex Help

Greetings BP,

I am currently an up and coming real estate investor in Orlando, Fl. The area im focusing on is Orange County in particular. I live out of state but I am from Florida and the market fits me well. 

In February of 2018, I purchased my first property which is 3/2 SFH in the area which has been a homerun according to Brandon Turner. This property has definitely gotten my feet wet in the game. Now I am ready for a 2 unit duplex in the same area. I am trying to model The Stack method to grow my business.

Wanted to reach out to the community to see what would be some good options on growing my empire! I am open to all feedback and critiques. Thanks for your help!
