Do you have to live in your House Hack (London)?

Hi Guys,

I am 19 years old and living at home. I’m looking to House Hack and wanted to know if I have to live on-site / in my unit. If I get the bills and my credit card set up under the property, does this qualify as ‘living’ in the property ?

Ideally, I purchase a place and rent the whole thing out whilst I live at home for a few more years.
