Finders fee for helping find an apartment

Hi, I live San Francisco and finding an apartment is very challenging. My question is what is a decent figure to pay a realtor for helping find an apartment? I am thinking around 1k and our rent/utilities max is 4K. I met a good realtor from an apartment search on Zillow and while I didn’t get the apartment, we have stayed in contact and she has great reviews. We have discussed a finders fee if she successfully helps find an apartment. What is a good amount to incentivize her to help us in our search?
