Do high end properties cash flow as easily as lower end properties? Or is it harder to rent out expensive, high end homes?

@Braeden Henry no, they do not. In my experience, high-end homes tend to appreciate better but cash flow poorly. Low in homes tend to cash flow nicely but appreciate poorly.

However, this is just a general rule of thumb. you should crunch the numbers on specific properties in your specific Market to see what works and what doesn't.
