Not getting the applications and Tenants

Bradley Flume
Posted

My current situation is that my rental properties are not getting rented! I get over 20-30 Calls, TXT or Facebook messages, but when sending applications or scheduling then I am  getting no show/ghosted. Two properties are $900 the other one is $1100. My thinking is that I am missing a link between ads and getting people to show up. I have units listed on Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow, and have sign in front yards.

Earlier the day of the showing call or text them and confirm the time. If it's a text tell them you'll need a response confirming the appointment in order for you to show up.
