PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES ON YOUR RENTALS

Hello All !  I have just purchased rental # 5, and am looking for some advice on everyones processess and procedures on running there business.  I have a great w2 job , but would like to retire in the 2nd quarter of 2020, so I think i need to run my operations more like a business, and not a hobby.  Any advice anyone can give me on there processes?  Thanks!
