Current Market Rents in Phoenix, AZ?

Hi BiggerPockets Community,

I'm a starting investor currently interested in the AZ-Phoenix metro area/Maricopa County & wanted to get a sense of what the current rents are in the various areas.  Below are the primary details I'm interested in but please feel free to add any additional info that would be beneficial.

  • Area
  • Property Type (Apt, Condo, SFR, etc.)
  • # of Bedrooms
  • Avg Rent

As a brief summary from my research, below are some metrics I've gathered from various rental/RE sites but haven't been able to get complete clarification on the accuracy or what type/size of property these price estimated are associated with so greatly appreciate any insights local or active AZ investors can provide!
