"Hitman" And The "Kill Zone" Tenant

We see stories about tenants. I had one recently leave. He had a license plate that read "hitman". I was recently informed by neighbors that he took orange paint and lined off an area across the front of the lot with "kill zone" spray painted on top of the line. I was not aware of the "kill zone" because I had not visited the property frequently. See--not all tenants are NUTS...or at least as nutty as this one:) He DID pay on time though!
