Fair Market Rent of a Parking Space in San Deigo

Greetings,

I have just purchased a condo in the North Park area of San Diego. I have a parking space in the alley behind my unit that I will not use and I would like to rent it out. It is very difficult to find parking in this neighborhood. Does anyone have advice on how to find FMR of parking spaces in 92014?
