My first eviction experience
This is my first eviction experience, eviction notice was sent from my lawyers office and delivery confirmed. I haven't heard from my tenant, my lawyer told me to wait and he will file eviction papers if they did not move on the intended date.
Should I reach out to you the tenant or just wait?
