Renting to tenant with VA housing voucher

I have an interested tenant that is a single dad with two kids that is getting a VA voucher. Does anyone have experience dealing with prospective tenants who have VA vouchers. My biggest concern is that his voucher is for $200 less than what I consider market rent.
