Rent from a family member who is on Title
I've found a duplex at a good price point.
I'd have my daughter in one side and rent the other.
I want to add her to the title later with rights of survivorship but she will not be on the loan.
She would be paying her share but I'm wondering what I will show as my DTI for future multi-family purchases.
Do I show the rental income from from her even though she is on title but not the loan?
