So, as a budding house hacker I wanted to ask my friends on BP:

What tools come in most handy to a novice landlord? What should I add to my list?

Hammer

Tape measure

Power drill

Hacksaw

Sander

Screw drivers

Allen wrenches

Channel locks

Teflon tape

Pvc tape

Flashlight

Wire strippers

Bucket

Towel

Knife

Buying all the tools in the world does not make you a handyman. Buy them as you need them and see if you are a handyman first.
