Pet rent and fee policy
If I begin to charge a pet fee and pet rent to tenants who want pets do I need to charge my tenants that already have pets?

Pet ownership is not a protected class in terms of discrimination. That being said, I would recommend all tenants have the same policies to make things easier for you in addition to helping reduce liability in case someone feels their race is why they are charged extra.
