My wife and I are looking to move soon and we are wanting to rent out our house. We owe $136,000 (3.75% for 25 years) on the house, comps are for the neighborhood are between 215,000 - 250,000. Taxes are around 3500 a year. What is a good price range to charge rent to possible tenants?
