Tennessee Written Notice Law

Hello all and thanks in advance for any advice. I’m finding some conflicting information on how many days the notice for nonpayment of rent should give the tenant who has defaulted by not paying rent. Some websites say 14 days and others say 30 for Tennessee. That’s the internet for ya. I’ve also found that certain larger counties are governed by URTLA which has different laws than the smaller counties. I am in Montgomery County which falls under the URTLA. My scenario is that my tenant did not pay rent this month and now with the late fee he owes me $1,150. My lease states that default and notice to the tenant will follow state laws, so I want to make sure I give the correct number of days on the notice in case I need to go to court (hopefully not.) I’ve also seen some templates online that say the tenant has 14 days to pay and if not, they have 16 days after that to vacate. Also, when can I file the eviction? After the 14 days has expired, or after the 14 + 16 days? Thank you so much for the help everyone and hopefully a landlord from one of the larger counties in TN has knowledge of this.
