Houston Market Rental Home 5 Minutes From George Bush Airport

I have a new rental home in the Humble area 5-10 minutes from the airport. All markets are different and Houston to my knowledge isn't heavy on rent by the room. Does anyone have experience with rentals next to an airport and took advantage of the location? Maybe there is a website for pilots and flight attendants looking for rental properties I don't know. I can rent it to your typical renter but I was wondering if there was another way I can take more advantage of the property. Property is in a C+ to B neighborhood 1900 sqr 5 bed 2 bath.
