Do married couples need to be screened and each pay a fee?

Hi All. I’m sure this post could be redundant but Do I need to run credit report for married couples and each pay a fee? Only one is working and will pay the rent.

I would not accept a tenant with criminal background.

Thank you for your time!

Every adult that will reside in the rental must be screened. Pay the app, provide the supporting docs, screen and approve them. If you have a really good tenant for three years and they get married and want to add their spouse, you still screen the new spouse. Every...single...time.
