Tenant Refusing to leave after lease is up. (Michigan)

After the better part a morning deal with an irrate perspective tenant over my pet fees. I'm very curious about the legal aspect of pet fees. Is it illegal to charge pet fees to an emotional or service animal. I'm currently exempt since my place owner occupied, but man has it got me concerned over future properties.

You cannot charge for a true service animal. The emotional animals are a total scam, IMO. I would ask for true documentation, NOT from an on-line company that simply issues a certificate. BTW, here is mine!
