- Drop some advice for me...

- What are the best rental requirements to set for a C-Class urban rental home?

I NEED CLEAR CUT CRITERIA!

I want to print the criteria out and have it at every showing to LIMIT discrimination claims and find good tenants!

What are your criteria for urban homes? HELP!

@Charlie Moore I honestly would use the same criteria regardless of "Urban" or not. Income 3x rent, 620 credit score, No evictions, no criminal background. full months rent as security deposit. Remember the Golden rule the quality of your returns is based on the quality of your tenant. Don't lower standards just because it is in an "Urban" area.
