Landlord allowing Glass clippings/Compost?

A Landscape company is leasing space on our Mixed use Farm. They now want to add their once/wk grass clippings. We have the space. It is code compliant. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience in this?  Does it justify an added rent potential/Income stream?  Ty!
