Make Ready Apartment Turns

Hello, 

I am looking to see if anyone has information or statics about unit turns on apartments and the multi-family space in general. For example when someone moves out what is the average time it takes to clean out and get a new person to move in? 

Some other questions- How much money on average can be lost while vacant units sit? 

Is it best for on site maintenance to handle apartments turns or outside vendors? Approx how much time does a make ready turn take?
