Can you put in a TRUST a property that you are giving for rent?

Hello!

We have few properties that we are considering putting in a TRUST.

We are not sure if we can collect a rent from houses that are in the TRUST.

If this is possible, do you know what is the best way to set it up?

Thanks!

Of course you can collect rent from properties in a trust, I'm confused as to what your question is here. A trust is not like an LLC where you have to worry about piercing the corporate veil, it is more for estate planning and a wee bit of asset protection generally.
