Renting in Baltimore

Current professional findings difficulties in finding quality safe rental. Income, rental history, all good some past credit charge offs working on. I have a dog so I'm looking for pet friendly and safe neighborhood. It's tedious to contact multiple companies for viewings on time frame I have. Does anyone have and easier routes maybe placement service.
