Arv 221,000

the owner told me he has pretty much updated everything all the home needs is paint

Owner lives on 1st floor another tenant lives on the 2nd paying 800/Mo

lowest he is asking for is 200,000

But the owner has about 180,000 left on his mortgage

would I be able to wholesale this property
