Good morning,

I am buying my first property price is $237k, comps support 255k, it will rent for $2000 - $2150. I am a little nervous wondering if it will be rented in a timely manner. I already reached out to a well known property management company for some input. I am open to any comment. Thanks.

My comment: welcome to real estate investing. If everything were a guaranteed success, everybody would invest in real estate! There's a level of uncertainty in every investment, even for people with dozens of deals and decades of experience. All you can do is educate yourself, research, and make the best decision possible with the information available.

Good luck.
