Direction: Community proposing to ban STRs, need STRATEGY

My community has a proposed ordinance th the City Board is going to vote on to severely regulate, almost eliminate Short Term Rentals in our town. Would like to speak to a dept or team that has experience and direction in strategy to educate and combat the city on this proposal. Today please.
