Looking for Financing Help

My financing just fell through and looking for help. I purchased a triplex 3 years ago on a Land Contract. The term is up and need to secure other financing. - currently all units rented - Balance due $40,000- BPO came back at $120,000- located in City of Midland, MI City Limits- Credit score in fair - I have other rental units for 10 years.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
