Rental arbitrage with Airbnb

Hello everyone, 

I'm a newbie investor who's interested in starting an airbnb rental business in order to raise money to do brrrr deals and grow a portfolio to hopefully retire on. I figured using Airbnb would hopefully expedite the process as the margins tend to be greater than standard 1 year lease options. I wanted to reach out to as many landlords in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area as possible who would allow me to sign a lease and rent the rooms out on Airbnb (fee's are negotiable). I'm currently in the process of setting up my LLC and team and would love to chat with some of you guys. I figured it would be easier to narrow down my search of landlords by using this platform.
