Verifying Land Value Around Raleigh, NC

I'm going to be optioning land from a FSBO, & hoping someone has a referral to a good commercial land appraiser or such in that area, so I can get a fair valuation on the land. Or is there an online service that does fairly accurate land sale comps? Thanks.
