Which market areas do you think are on the incline/decline? Which areas do you consider to be B and C class neighborhoods? I'm planning to invest in rental property in the IE using a VA loan. I do know which areas are best to purchase if I were home-buying but I would like to know which would be best for investing. Thanks!
