Rental Investment on First Floor vs 2nd/3rd floor (no elevator)
Hi Everyone
I'm new to this and looking to invest in my first rental property. I'm just wondering if it is a good idea to buy a 2nd/3rd floor unit as compared to ground floor unit. Will there be an issue with renting out the property on higher floors as elders/families with young kids may be turned away due to the flights of stairs. Appreciate if you could share you experience on this.
