What do you own?

Hi everyone! This is my first post on BP, so please bear with me...

I'm a complete novice at REI, but plan on making a few purchases over the next few years, specifically rehabs and at least one rental property. I've always been fascinated by the business of real estate, and want to (someday) make it a full time career!

I know what it's going to take; a LOT of hard work, and a good chunk of money. Luckily, I'm ambitious, and have been putting money aside for years, but I still need a little motivation... I'm curious to know what y'all own, how many of each specific property type, and whether or not you are actually pulling out the cash flow, or using it to put back in to the mortgage (if applicable.) If you're putting it back in to the mortgage, when do you expect to see a profit?

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this. This forum is a wealth of knowledge to the newbie investor, and I so appreciate being able to take part in it!
