They look to be quite a bit cheaper than PAT Live

Looking to take calls and prescreen prospective tenants

I signed up for the SAS Free Trail. I've been using for a couple day.  It's not perfect, but seems to be good value ($117/month for 100 minutes).  I'm going to give it 2 weeks.  I'm going to check out AF - Thanks for the info.   Keep me updated with your experience.
