Lakewood OH distance landlord experience

I’d like to find out from those of you out of state landlords that are currently investing in the Lakewood OH market. What do you like and dislike so far of your experience? I havent visited the place yet but have heard lots of good things about Lakewood. I’ve already got an accepted offer going for a duplex. I understand that Lakewood has been a hot market, has it been easy to fill tenants? What’s the average length of time it takes to fill a tenant in your experience? Do you have any advice for newbie to Lakewood OH and from out of state? Also, any recommendations of a reputable property management company would be helpful! Thanks BP!
