Need Help Finding Property Manager in Minneapolis!

Hello everyone!

I'm a new real estate investor and closing on my first rental property in a few weeks! I've been trying to absorb as much information as I can from the Bigger Pockets podcast and getting my hands on every real estate book I can. After a few months, I finally made the plunge on my first property. It's a single family home in Minneapolis (specifically in Robbinsdale) and I always thought I would manage my first property so I could learn as much as I can (the good and the bad) on the job vs. outsourcing right away.

I'm rethinking this approach due to my availability and was wondering if anyone new of any good property managers in the area? I'm a newbie so I would really appreciate any referrals! Thank you very much for your help.

Robb
