Thanks to all the good advice on BP I have landed an investment opportunity in Indianapolis. Now I just need a good property manager. Does anyone know of any good property managers in Indianapolis? I'm my experience many property managers collect rent from tenants and take forever to forward the rent to the owners. What's your experience with Indy property managers? Thanks for your feedback!
